Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Specialist to join our team at JASARA Program Management Company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes for successful project execution.
  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients and stakeholders to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze risks and opportunities to mitigate potential threats and capitalize on favorable circumstances.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Saudi National.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control processes.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • BSc in Business Administration or related field.
  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
