Bartender Role at CARE

The Mixology Expert is responsible for creating memorable beverage experiences for our guests. This role involves mixing drinks, maintaining the bar area, and interacting with customers to provide exceptional service.

Job Description:

  1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences.
  2. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  3. Interact with guests, take orders, and provide recommendations.
  4. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  5. Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  6. Process payments accurately.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a bartender in a hotel or upscale bar.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and beverages.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
