Senior Legal Advisor / Senior Legal Counsel KSA Apple

About the Role:
You will work closely with worldwide subject-matter guides on Saudi law issues, advising other stakeholders. A strong understanding of broad legal knowledge relating to Apple's products and services is essential. The successful candidate must be a Saudi or GCC National with business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to navigate tasks with uncertainties. They will lead their work with a mindset of enabling the business while managing legal risks. Key qualities include being highly motivated, proactive, highly collaborative, and able to continuously learn and develop a deep understanding of any issues impacting Apple's business.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with worldwide subject-matter guides on Saudi law issues.
  • Advising other stakeholders on Saudi law issues.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of broad legal knowledge relating to Apple's products and services.

Requirements:

  • Saudi or GCC National.
  • Bachelor of Law, LL.B, JD or equivalent law degree.
  • Bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.
  • 6+ years of experience at an international law firm and/or in-house at a multinational company.
  • Deep expertise and understanding of laws and regulations in the Kingdom.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
