As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our planet by supporting the energy transition, (bio)technology, artificial intelligence, industrial cybersecurity, and more.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned targets for Yokogawa Automation products in identified regions and segments.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with key customers, including Saudi Aramco and SABIC.
- Prepare and present technical proposals for service jobs, including brownfield and after-sales service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales and marketing objectives.
- Provide technical support and guidance to customers, including technical discussions, system presentations, and interactions with vendors and subcontractors.
- Review and coordinate service projects, including contractual, technical, and product specifications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, including local Saudi nationals.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation control systems, with knowledge of Yokogawa systems (DCS & ESD) preferred.
- Graduate in Engineering – Process Control Systems / Instrumentation / Electrical & Electronics.
- Strong sales drive and ability to negotiate at all levels of customer organizations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of organizational policy and procedures.
