We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to oversee the provision of L2 production support for integration services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a technical team in delivering seamless integration services, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to CP4I, OpenShift, and API Management platforms.
- Conduct daily health checks and proactively identify potential issues to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Be available 24/7 to address critical issues or emergencies that may arise outside regular business hours.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A Master's degree may be preferred but is not mandatory.
Technical SkillsProficiency in middleware platforms such as CP4I, IIB, ACE, or similar tools is essential. Knowledge of API Management Platforms like Google Apigee or similar solutions is also required. Familiarity with cloud integration services, hybrid cloud architectures, and infrastructure components is necessary.
Problem-Solving and Analytical SkillsThe ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues, analyze logs, and diagnose root causes. Proactive risk mitigation and decision-making skills under pressure are essential.
CertificationsRelevant certifications such as IBM Certified Solution Advisor - Cloud Pak for Integration V2021 or equivalent from other vendors may be beneficial.
