We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Job Requirements

This permanent position requires a senior professional with extensive experience working with Construction Cost Consultancies in a director or associate director role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-end residential projects, including palaces, and be proficient in cost plus contracts.

A Chartered status, preferably MRICS, is required, along with a degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management from a well-known Western University.

Requirements
  • Director level candidates with experience working with a Construction Cost Consultancy
