Key Responsibilities:
">- Ensuring all facilities-related services are performed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Coordinating with Otis Line Operators to ensure call backs are attended as per defined service level agreements.
- Identifying and reporting abnormalities, missing components, and safety concerns through the maintenance process.
- Completing timesheets, log cards, maintenance JHA, OSA forms, and SVR sheets associated with mechanical duties in a timely manner.
Requirements and Qualifications:
">- A minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management or a related field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Diploma or equivalent education.
