HCM Implementation Specialist
We are seeking a highly experienced HCM Implementation Specialist with Oracle Expertise to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise in the design and implementation of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients, ensuring successful project execution, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Consultancy and support of HRMS modules by resolving user issues, collecting and managing business requirements, and updating the system based on them.
* Implementation of new HRMS modules and new system features according to ABF methodology.
* Development of innovative work-around solutions or new processes using Oracle tools (API, PL/SQL, Reports).
* Participation in ongoing development of HRMS modules and Reports and Forms customization.
* Coordination with Oracle DBAs and System administrators for resolving internal technical issues.
* Implementation and testing of suggestions/recommendations by Oracle in Test instance and test custom solutions.

Requirements
* Excellent technical knowledge of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions.
* Strong experience in implementing new HRMS modules and new system features according to ABF methodology.
* Proven track record of developing innovative work-around solutions or new processes using Oracle tools.
