We are seeking a skilled Engineering Standards Specialist to join our team at Jasara Program Management Company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational policies and standards related to Facilities Management. This includes updating technical policies and standards, liaising with industry bodies, and reviewing government guidelines.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining Facilities Management Policies and Guidelines.
- Liaising with regulatory authorities and industry bodies to stay updated on the latest approaches and best practices.
- Reviewing and incorporating international guidelines applicable to facilities management.
- Communicating updates to Engineering Policies and Guidelines to the F&E team.
- Coordinating with Regulatory Authorities to update standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or a related field, with experience in policy development and implementation. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing organizational policies and standards.
