Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at IBIS. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of knowledge about our hotel features and services, as well as coordinating promotional activities and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing and Communications
    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our hotel's services and amenities.
    • Prepare and distribute press releases, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
    • Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute events, such as press conferences and VIP receptions.
  • Media and Public Relations
    • Build and maintain relationships with local and national media outlets.
    • Respond to media inquiries and requests for information.
    • Coordinate with photographers and other vendors to capture high-quality images of our hotel and events.
  • Digital Presence
    • Manage and update our hotel's website and social media presence.
    • Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve our online presence and engagement.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Handle administrative tasks, such as maintaining media lists and updating marketing materials.
    • Assist with event planning and coordination.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 0-6 months of relevant work experience.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Basic English skills.
    • Strong passion for the hospitality industry.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
    • Ability to focus attention on guest needs.
