About the RoleThe Business Development Manager will support the Managing Principal Europe and MENA for all issues relating to Business Development for the firm across Middle East.
The successful candidate will identify potential projects and collaborate with the Managing Principals on the preparation of submissions for competitions and awards as agreed with the Managing Principals;
- Coordinate and prepare tender submissions including pre-qualifications, expression of interest and request for proposals;
- Responsible for submission coordination and preparation;
- Maintain and update the Company's extensive electronic database of tender submissions and frequently-used key submission information;
- Research / identify and events business development opportunities;
This role requires a high level of organization, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sourcing and converting opportunities to contract.
