Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, focusing on skills development and performance improvement
  • Analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and guest preferences to inform strategic decision-making
  • Cultivation and maintenance of relationships with key corporate, MICE, and leisure accounts
  • Direction of digital marketing strategy, including website optimisation, social media presence, and online advertising initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury hospitality sales and/or marketing role, with demonstrated leadership and strategic acumen
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimising market share in the hospitality industry
  • Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality market, preferably with knowledge of the Middle Eastern market
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
