We're looking for an exceptional Senior Finance Manager to join our team in the Riyadh office. As the Head of Client Finance & Operations, you will be responsible for leading a team of 3 specialists and driving business growth by optimizing invoicing and collections activity in the Kingdom.

You will be responsible for building a clear strategy, ensuring weekly transparency on team objectives, identifying key stakeholders, and unlocking payment blockages. We need a seasoned hire who is a self-starter and a true professional committed to delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategies to improve Working Capital efficiency.
  2. Optimize invoicing and collections processes to reduce DSO.
  3. Manage a team of 3 specialists, providing guidance and support as needed.
  4. Interface with partners on project teams, pressure test explanations, and drive change proactively.
  5. Create a reporting environment that gives visibility into what everyone is working on and where we're struggling.
  6. Decide on collection targets for the team, support them in their efforts, and raise the pressure on process points where needed.
  7. Provide counsel to finance counterparts on how to structure things better, using experience to develop best practice.
  8. Be a true team leader, motivating colleagues and developing a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent in Accounting and Finance.
  • Chartered accountant qualification like ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA.
  • At least 7 years of Big 4 and/or management accounting management experience in a sizeable global organization in the Middle East region.
  • Strong accounting, analytical, numerical, and structural skills.
  • Good knowledge of regulatory compliance and accounting standards - IFRS is a MUST. Local GAAP is an advantage.
  • Possess a good knowledge of audit and tax.
  • Good understanding of modern accounting software systems and workflow, ideally SAP.
  • Team management experience.
  • Strong Excel skills and a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong command of verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
