Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; preferably a master's in industrial management.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in production planning and scheduling, preferably in the steel industry.
  • Proficiency in production management software (e.g., Power BI, ERP system) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in risk management and resource optimization.
  • Strong understanding of production management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills.
