Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute purchasing signals in a timely manner, ensuring seamless integration with the company's ERP system.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date ERP data, supporting the development of purchasing automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate optimal pricing and maximize IKTVA scores, working closely with the Sourcing Manager.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products from suppliers and facilitate prompt payment.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to obtain necessary information and arrange shipment, ensuring efficient supply chain management.
  • Resolve cargo issues in collaboration with the warehouse and global supply chain team, adhering to global best practices.
  • Engage with various departments to understand their needs and support their initiatives, continually improving departmental KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for employees and suppliers.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.

Experience and Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas sector.
  • Proven procurement experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in the ARM ERP system is essential.
  • Familiarity with industry terminology and concepts is required.
