Job Description:

Deutsche Bank is seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a KYC Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth onboarding of clients and managing exceptions in line with regulatory standards and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements.
  • Collect and verify KYC/AML documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations and Deutsche Bank policies.
  • Coordinate and manage KYC cases between various stakeholders, including business, Anti-Financial Crime, and offshore centers.
  • Support the completion of new client onboarding, regular reviews, and event-driven reviews.
  • Implement new or changed KYC requirements and policies, and document them in local Desktop Procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to achieve productivity and quality service level agreements with clients and business.
  • Escalate issues to senior stakeholders and navigate the organization to ensure timely responses.
  • Support the achievement of the Bank's/Division's strategy, plans, and values, and maintain a clear understanding of ongoing activities with the organization's priorities.

  • Profound knowledge of KYC processes, including quality control.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization.
