- Material Sourcing and Purchasing: Source and purchase construction materials and equipment in accordance with project requirements and budgetary constraints. Coordinate with project managers to determine material needs and timelines.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality standards.

- Vendor Performance Evaluation: Monitor vendor performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and contractual obligations. Conduct periodic vendor reviews and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing procurement practices in the construction sector.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and correspondence.
