At Shangri-La Jeddah, we are seeking a highly skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for the construction, repair, and maintenance of all aspects of hotel woodwork, ensuring that the quality of work conforms to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attend to all types of construction, repair, and maintenance work required of the hotel woodwork, furniture, and fixtures.
  • Construct, repair, and maintain aspects of hotel woodwork, adhering to our quality control standards.
  • Ensure that all tools and workshop equipment are functioning properly.
  • Perform all responsibilities to the standards of performance as detailed in our Departmental Operations Manual.
  • Interact with other departments to provide additional or specialized guest services.
  • Complete repairs as detailed in our Repair and Maintenance Requests.
  • Embody our commitment to being environmentally friendly by reducing waste, recycling when possible, and minimizing consumption.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Carpenter.
  • Good knowledge of woodwork machinery utilization and maintenance.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
  • Physical fitness.
