Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team at NITI National Industrial Training Institute. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing, is highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop (with strong skills in Illustrator and Premiere Pro), and is bilingual in English and Arabic.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for digital platforms, print materials, and marketing campaigns. This includes designing engaging social media content, producing print-ready designs for publications, reports, training manuals, and event collateral, and utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other website design tools such as Canva for high-quality graphic designs.

The role also involves editing and producing promotional videos, training materials, event highlights, and testimonials using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Additionally, the candidate will create short motion graphics to enhance social media and digital marketing efforts.

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing with a strong portfolio. You should also have expertise in Adobe Photoshop, proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and a strong understanding of typography, color theory, branding, and composition.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is required, and a diploma or higher in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred) is necessary.
