Job Description

The Customer Service Liaison Professional plays a pivotal role in the sales process, serving as a key partner to our sales team and customers.

This individual is responsible for providing critical services presales guidance and advice, working closely with sales and delivery teams to establish and shape desired customer outcomes.

They are instrumental in designing executable offerings to deliver value across the customer lifecycle, shaping how our portfolio of service offerings is positioned and sold to customers.

A key responsibility of the Customer Service Liaison Professional is facilitating customer requirements discovery workshops and pitching services aligned with customer objectives.

Additionally, they qualify deals, set the services sales strategy, and ensure that IFS proposals follow best practices and standards while minimizing risk to both the customer and us.

Collaboration with many contributors is essential, but the Customer Service Liaison Professional drives the services content of the bids, along with underpinning documentation, contracts, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
