About This Role

This key position requires a highly skilled and experienced Professional who can oversee the strategic planning and execution of construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with expertise in planning and scheduling software, as well as excellent leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of detailed project plans and schedules that meet contractual obligations and project requirements.
  • Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure optimal resource availability and project timelines.
  • Implement critical path and fast-track construction scheduling techniques to optimize project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, including tracking key milestones, budget adherence, and resource utilization.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Professional who possesses:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management or related fields.
  • 10+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or construction management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
  • Expertise in planning and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Deep understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in IPO listed company is a plus.
