Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Group Accounting Head to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all financial reporting activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing strategic guidance to senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  1. Financial Statement Preparation: Oversee the preparation and submission of all financial statements, reports, and filings to regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  2. Financial Planning: Coordinate and manage the financial reporting process, including the review and analysis of financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial reports.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain effective relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
