The Project Reporting Lead will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and contribute to the development of our reporting frameworks. You will work closely with multiple teams to gather relevant data and insights, and develop and manage databases, dashboards, and report templates for efficient project tracking.

Main Objectives:

  • To develop and manage departmental reporting frameworks.
  • To provide insightful analysis of operational and financial data to support decision-making at all levels.
  • To prepare, format, and consolidate weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports on project status, asset performance, and key milestones.
  • To coordinate with multiple teams to gather relevant data and insights for reporting purposes.
  • To support data collection, analysis, and visualization for decision-making purposes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in reporting, administration, or document control within infrastructure, aviation, or asset management projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
  • Experience in preparing structured reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
