Job Description:

This role involves participating in the development of system-level design verification, test requirements specifications, and requirements flow down and traceability. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to define facility/system functions, behaviors, and other design requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess the scope of problems and develop practical solutions.
  • Coordinate and work with other engineering disciplines, the client, designers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate, select, and apply standard systems engineering methods, techniques, procedures, and criteria.
  • Develop system models using model-based systems engineering methods and tools.
  • Define facility/system functions, behaviors, and other design requirements, prepare the criteria documents, and coordinate technical discussions.

Education and Experience Requirements:

A bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience are required.

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Skill in assessing the scope of problems and developing practical solutions.
  • Ability to coordinate and work with other engineering disciplines.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in balancing competing deadlines, priorities, and resource availability.
  • Able to identify and articulate opportunities for procedural improvement, provide solutions, and carry out implementation.
  • Must have strong organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills, proven problem-solving abilities, and the desire to innovate designs as well as architecture/engineering work processes.
  • Proven ability to work within a diverse multicultural environment.
