About the Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Programme Management Office Director to lead our Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

As a Programme Management Office Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project portfolio, implementing best practices, and ensuring consistency across all project teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage the Project Management Office, defining and implementing project management processes, standards, and governance.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of project managers, ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time and within scope.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align projects with organizational strategy and objectives.
  • Monitor project performance through standardized reporting, KPIs, and dashboards to ensure transparency and control.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
