Puig Deutschland GmbH, a renowned player in the global luxury beauty market, seeks an experienced Beauty Trainer to deliver high-quality training across its premium brands in Saudi Arabia.

The Opportunity

This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure that retail teams provide exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will develop the skills and knowledge of our Brand Ambassadors through engaging training sessions, in-store coaching, and brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate will support brand activations in educating customers, including masterclasses, PR events, and VIP client sessions. If you are passionate about luxury beauty, enjoy training and coaching, and are eager to make an impact in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Retail Managers to assess training needs and define a tailored training plan for the Saudi Market.
  • Work closely with the Middle East Education Manager – Niche brands, to adapt digital and non-digital training materials ensuring alignment with brand objectives and training needs.
  • Develop and maintain induction trainings for new joiners covering brand storytelling, brand DNA, product knowledge, customer service, and selling techniques.
  • Maintain tracking and monitoring of training progress and in-store coaching sessions to measure impact and performance.
  • Support brand activations, masterclasses, and PR events by educating customers and enhancing brand awareness.
Requirements
  • Training experience in luxury fragrance in Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of the market and retail dynamics.
  • Fluency in Arabic (verbal and written) to effectively train and engage with the retail team in Saudi Arabia and proficiency in English to communicate with regional teams.
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills to effectively engage retail teams and customers in events.
  • Proficiency in MS Office especially PowerPoint (advanced).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
