We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company's market expansion in Riyadh and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the Riyadh market to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with lead generation campaigns.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities in Riyadh.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the education, training, or services sector in Riyadh.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent understanding of Riyadh's business landscape and client dynamics.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
