Job Responsibilities:

The Bell Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of our guests, handling all aspects of guest luggage, and providing exceptional service throughout their stay.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Provide exceptional service to guests
• Handle guest luggage with care and efficiency
• Deliver miscellaneous items to/from guest rooms
• Perform errands outside of the hotel on behalf of guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury hotels
