We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staff Assistant to provide administrative support in our office located in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position that requires experience in administrative support and proficiency with office software. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Manage office correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Greet visitors and clients and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with special projects as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Compensation: The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
Location: This position is based in Medina, Saudi Arabia. We welcome applications from all nationalities.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position with working hours from Sunday to Thursday, 9 am to 6 pm.
Accommodation: No accommodation will be provided for this position.
