Amazon Global Selling Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our Amazon Global Selling team as an Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing Amazon's global marketplaces and identifying potential sellers to grow the business.
Main Responsibilities- Seller Onboarding: Assist new sellers in getting started with selling on Amazon, ensuring they meet their sales targets and have a successful experience.
- Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and manage a pipeline of prospective sellers, understanding their needs and gauging fit with Amazon's Services product set.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create compelling Amazon solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Educational Background: BA/BS degree preferred
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of successful sales or account management experience, preferably in eCommerce, B2B sales, online services, or retail industries
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Languages: Strong written and verbal communication skill in English, fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese
- Cross-Cultural Experience: Experienced in working with international/cross-cultural teams
- Industry Knowledge: Acquainted with online business, having global e-commerce or marketplace experience and product sourcing is a plus
