About This Job

We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to lead our efforts in the MENA region's IT services sector. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving growth through new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. If you're passionate about IT services and have a proven track record of success in the MENA markets, this could be your dream job

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Leverage your extensive network to identify new business opportunities within the IT services sector.
  2. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  3. Become a subject matter expert in software development, digital transformation, cloud services, and managed IT solutions.
  4. Negotiate complex contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  5. Maintain strong relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders in target industries.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless support for clients.

Your Qualifications

  1. Fluency in Business English and Arabic is required.
  2. 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the IT services industry.
  3. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing significant deals in MENA.
  4. Familiarity with various IT services, including software development and digital transformation.
  5. A strong network of contacts within key industries in MENA.
  6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  7. Leadership and organizational skills to manage cross-functional teams.
  8. Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
