We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Server to join our team. As a Food & Beverage Server, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in the assigned outlet, providing a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service consistent with the standards of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Report directly to the Assistant Room Service Manager & Room Service Manager.
  2. Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times, adhering to the hotel's dress code and grooming standards.
  3. Provide a courteous, professional, and efficient service at all times, ensuring guest satisfaction and encouraging sales.
  4. Be knowledgeable of all services and products offered by the hotel and have a thorough understanding of all food and beverage items offered by the department assigned.
  5. Upsell items offered by the department assigned and offer alternatives to guests.
  6. Monitor operating supplies, equipment, and reduce spoilage and wastage successfully.
  7. Ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
  8. Perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet efficiently.
  9. Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors.
  10. Understand and strictly adhere to the rules & regulations established in the hotel's policy manual and the hotel's policy on fire, hygiene, health & safety.
  11. Maintain a good rapport and work relation with staff in the assigned department and within the hotel.
  12. Attend and contribute to all staff meetings, departmental trainings, and hotel-initiated trainings scheduled.
  13. Undertake reasonable tasks and secondary duties as assigned by the Department Head.
  14. Respond to any changes in the department as dictated by management.
