Responsibilities:
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead the sales team to ensure targets are met.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Team Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities and support the team in securing deals.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Oversee the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Sales Reporting: Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities and team performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience of 3+ years in a sales supervisory or leadership role, preferably within certification and training services.
  • Local Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the KSA market and its regulatory environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • CRT Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Sales Team Motivation: Ability to motivate and manage a sales team to achieve targets.
