The Storehouse Administrator will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our storehouses.
This position involves ensuring that all cleaning procedures are followed, and that store cleaning tools and materials are properly maintained.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of housekeeping staff, and will be expected to monitor their performance and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
Key responsibilities include distributing disinfection and cleaning tasks to workers within the organization, and notifying management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs.
In addition to these duties, the administrator will be required to make light adjustments and repairs, as well as follow up on stores and place orders for necessary supplies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance, and will be proficient in handling heavy equipment and machinery.
They will also possess good knowledge and use of chemicals, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to effectively evaluate the work team and distribute tasks efficiently, the administrator will also be responsible for implementing health and safety procedures.
Fluency in the English language is a requirement for this role.
