Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Utilize transformational leadership skills to ensure staff work towards organizational and nursing strategic goals and objectives.
    • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and clinical practice guidelines to enhance patient care and quality improvement.
  • Education and Training

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Experience
    • A minimum of six (6) years recent experience as a Registered Nurse at a large acute-care/tertiary teaching hospital.
    • Two (2) years current, full-time experience in as a Nurse Educator providing ICU/Cath Lab/IR/Dialysis education for bedside RNs.
  • License
    • License from North America, Western Europe, Australia, or New Zealand.
    • Current and in good standing Nursing License/Registration (RN) to practice in the country of residence.
    • Current BLS/ACLS required.
