Chief Security Operations Manager, Physical Security Systems

The role of Chief Security Operations Manager involves overseeing the design, installation, and integration of security systems equipment. This includes Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems.
About the PositionThis position requires a deep understanding of security technology, innovative thinking, and strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to deliver results on time and has a proven track record of managing projects with cross-functional teams.
As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for supervising compliance with physical security standards, managing projects, and serving on cross-functional teams. You will also be considered one of the Subject Matter Experts in all facets of Physical Security.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical leadership for large-scale security engineering projects and coordinate security system design specifications between internal teams and external vendors.
- Excellent project management skills are required with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have experience prioritizing tasks effectively and working across organizational boundaries.
- Ensure the compliance of physical security project standards, project scopes of work, budgets, and timelines.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions for system installations, upgrades, repairs, and change-outs.
- Support security system equipment commissioning and complete final testing and acceptance of security systems.
- Build and deploy training programs for users of physical security systems.

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
