We are looking for an experienced Event Management Director to join our team at Aquarabia Qiddiya City. As the Head of Experience and Events, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of event management and activation execution for our theme park.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our destinations are recognized for safety, quality of execution, and state-of-the-art experience offered at all times. You will work closely with the Concept & Programming team to build and deliver a state-of-the-art lineup of events and activations aligned with our programming strategy, production, and delivery capabilities.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their event requirements and objectives, work jointly with the Concept & Programming strategy team to deliver concepts and experiences, and coordinate and oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual setup, transportation, accommodations, and on-site staffing.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in event management, marketing, or hospitality or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience (9+ years) in planning and executing a wide range of events, MICE preferably in a leadership role.
  • Access to Microsoft Excel/Word Programs.
  • Languages: Fluent in English.
  • Proven expertise and experience working for IP Holders, Events.
