Senior Project Cost Manager

We're seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor-Architect to join our team at Parsons Oman. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various QS activities on assigned projects/programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Accurately measure and price using Contract drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities.
  2. Handle post-contract QS functions such as interim and final payments, variations, commercial and contractual correspondence, cash flows, claims, etc.
  3. Advise on contractual matters and ensure completeness and validity of contractual requirements.
  4. Audit payments to Contractors and monitor contracts final cost estimate.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction Management or Quantity Surveyor or related field (or equivalent work experience) with 8+ years of related work experience involving typical QS activities.
  2. Knowledge of pre and post contract administration, good oral and written communication skills, and ability to communicate logically and clearly with management and staff.
  3. Familiarity with Auto Cad is preferred, along with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to work independently.
