About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Growth Manager to join our team at noon. As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Growth in Traffic and Transactions: Strategically drive growth in traffic and transactions on our platform, focusing on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Own Key Interventions and Channels: Own the performance of key interventions and channels, with a focus on customer growth and retention.
  • Analyze Initiative Impact: Analyze the impact of initiatives and generate insights to inform our business strategy.
  • Build Customer Understanding: Build deep customer understanding for various hubs and cities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Support Leadership Team: Support our leadership team in driving critical cross-functional projects and initiatives.
  • Provide Market and Competitive Insights: Keep key business stakeholders updated with market and competitive insights, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  • Identify and Analyze Business Problems: Use a structured approach to identify and analyze business problems, developing solutions to drive growth and improvement.
  • Undertake Competitive Research: Undertake competitive research and benchmarking to inform our business strategy.
  • Communicate Insights Effectively: Effectively communicate insights to ensure data-driven decision making in the organization.
  • Build and Maintain Dashboards: Build and maintain dashboards for reporting of key metrics, providing visibility into our business performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration: A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field from a top school.
  • Professional Experience: 2 years of professional experience in strategy consulting from a top-tier consulting firm.
  • Delivery Experience: Delivery experience with strategic planning, growth strategy, and business transformation.
  • Route to Market Experience: Experience with route to market, business transformation, and/or business model design transformation.
  • Senior Executive Experience: Experience working with senior executives crafting and implementing strategies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint).
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in SQL/Big Query or any programming language is preferable.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
