We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Project Director to oversee MEP projects on airport sites in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise MEP Managers and Engineers to ensure the full scope of MEP works is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct audits of MEP subcontractors to validate their work and ensure compliance with project management standards.
  • Assist in preparing as-built documents and drawings, performance tests, commissioning, and handovers.

Requirements:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Engineer background
  • At least 20 years' experience in Building MEP projects
  • Proven track record as a project director or manager, with a minimum of 10 years' experience
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to provide detailed project references and previous experience
  • Prefers candidates with experience in GCC countries and airport projects
  • Must be an EU National
  • Fluency in English language
