Imagine yourself driving sales growth in the solar sector, collaborating with government agencies and organizations to build relationships and influence development projects. You will work with channel partners, system integrators, end-users, and internal teams to position our company as a leader in Solar, Hydrology, and Meteorology within water, weather, and solar energy sectors.

You will identify early-stage opportunities, develop relationships with key customers and partners, engage with cross-functional teams, and prepare winning proposals. Your responsibilities include driving sales growth with existing and new channel partners and target accounts, resulting in increased revenue and profitability, while building reliable sales pipelines.

As a Solar Business Growth Specialist, you will lead regional sales efforts, develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate across functions to meet organizational goals. You will have the opportunity to drive financial objectives and KPIs through forecasting, bookings, and revenue analysis, communicate the company's vision and value to customers and vendors, maintain and grow customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and assess channels and target accounts, defining growth strategies.

In this role, you will conduct meetings with decision-makers to upsell and cross-sell, monitor regional performance using KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions, evaluate sales activities, identify strengths and areas for improvement, and analyze competitors and market positioning to refine sales approaches.

You will also lead sales activities, including site visits, seminars, demos, and channel management, engage with government and NGO development projects in Solar and Hydro-Meteorological sectors, and influence key projects across ministries and agencies to adopt our solutions.
