About This Role:

We are looking for an experienced Paramedic EMT to join our team at Domo Ventures W.L.L. This role involves working as part of a two-person ambulance crew, supporting doctors or nurse medics. Responsibilities include operating ambulances, maintaining vehicle and medical stock inventories, accurately documenting ambulance logs, ensuring vehicles remain clean and roadworthy, responding to emergency calls, assisting in stabilizing and assessing patients, providing emergency treatment, monitoring, and pain relief administration, dressing wounds and injuries, utilizing specialized equipment like AEDs and defibrillators, transporting patients to hospitals while continuing treatment, effective communication with patients and their relatives/friends, tutoring members of the public in first aid techniques, and maintaining a valid driving license with no traffic violations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate ambulances and emergency vehicles
  • Maintain accurate records in the ambulance log book
  • Keep vehicles in a clean and roadworthy condition
  • Communicate effectively with patients and their relatives/friends

Requirements:

  • Completion of a recognized Emergency Medical Technology Paramedic Program from a local or international college/university
  • Bachelor's degree in EMT-Paramedic is beneficial
  • Two years of post-registration experience, including two years in an emergency room or industrial clinic
  • Current SCfHS registration, MoH medical license, and home country registration/license to practice
  • Valid Saudi Ambulance Driving License with no outstanding traffic offenses
  • Fluent spoken and written English skills
  • Valid American Heart Association (AHA) or Saudi Heart Association (SHA), First Aid, BLS, and ACLS certifications within six months before expiry
  • Valid National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians (NAEMT) PHTLS certification within twelve months before expiry
