Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interior Designer who can provide expert design consultation, build strong client relationships, and deliver exceptional service throughout the entire sales process. This role requires the ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients in the showroom with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide tailored interior design consultations, including layout planning and mood board presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and personalized communication.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of furniture products and design concepts, offering expert recommendations.
  • Track and update clients on the status of their orders in a timely manner.
  • Ensure a professional appearance that aligns with the brand's image and standards.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current design trends, space planning principles, and color theory.
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays as required by business needs.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management to support overall showroom operations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a closely related field (mandatory).
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in interior design with proven sales or customer service success.
  • Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
