Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Undertaking cost and schedule risk analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Analyzing and reporting on the likelihood of success for project schedules, linking risk and uncertainty to tasks
  • Facilitating the escalation of information on risks to the appropriate levels
  • SUPPORTING THE KNOWLEDGE SHARING OF RISKS AND OPPORTUNITIES ACROSS THE PORTFOLIO OF PROJECTS, ENSURING LESSONS ARE LEARNT
  • COORDINATING WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS AND EXTERNAL THIRD PARTIES FOR RISK RELATED ISSUES
  • PRODUCING RISK REPORTS ON RISK BY USING RISK SOFTWARE (ARM, PREDICT, PRIMAVERA, PERTMASTER, SAFRAN, @RISK)
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Degree in risk, project management, engineering, mathematics, or related disciplines
  • 10 years experience in the construction industry or project environment
  • Industry recognized risk qualification (RMP or similar)
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office package and risk management software
  • Experience in schedule risk analysis
  • Possession of knowledge of FIDIC contracts and/or NEC is desirable
