We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salon Hostess to join our team at Shawarmer Food Company LLC.

The Salon Hostess will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the salon floor, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our clients.

1. Client Service: Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of our brand.
2. Scheduling and Booking: Manage appointments, bookings, and reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling.
3. Inventory and Supplies: Maintain adequate inventory levels, ensure proper storage, and update concerned team members.
4. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of the salon interior, report any maintenance issues to the manager, and ensure a clean and presentable environment.
5. Team Support: Assist fellow team members in their work, provide support, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
6. Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, staff, and management, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
7. Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

1. Experience: One (1) year of experience as a Salon Hostess in an international standard spa.
2. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team, and adapt to changing situations.
3. Education: Business Administration/Personal Assistant/Secretary Certificate is an advantage.

Willing to work shift hours, including evenings and weekends.
