About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. As a key member of our opening team, you will be responsible for the efficient operation and maintenance of all computer systems, data and voice communications activities at the property.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support and assistance to guests and staff.
  2. Ensure the availability of critical systems 24/7.
  3. Establish and maintain system security procedures and user procedures.
  4. Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to improve the effectiveness of installed systems.
  5. Prepare IT operating and capital budgets.
  6. Assist in the administration of IT-related maintenance and services contracts.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with at least two years of experience as a Hotel Director of Information Technology, and a University/College education with a major in Information Technology. You should have strong business, resources, and project planning experience, as well as network-building and troubleshooting skills. Knowledge of hospitality applications and interfaces is also essential.

Eligibility

Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
