We are looking for a seasoned Procurement Excellence Lead to join our team at Publicis Groupe Middle East. As a Senior Manager Growth - Operations & Reporting, you will be responsible for overseeing the tender management process, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of your work. You will navigate and manage multiple procurement portals, track and analyze tender opportunities, and collaborate with legal and agency teams.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of the procurement ecosystem, including the media or communications agency sector.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiencies within the tender management process to improve outcomes.
- Manage data entries and reporting on Salesforce, ensuring timely and accurate information flow for decision-making.
- Produce detailed reports on procurement activities and outcomes to inform strategic initiatives.
You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Project Management, or a related field, and at least 5-7 years of experience in project management/admin tasks ideally with expertise in managing various procurement platforms. You should have strong skills in Office Suite of tools - especially Excel, and fluency in Arabic is required.
