Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Elite Hospitality - Alnahla Group. As a key member of our Food and Beverage division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Interact with guests, take orders, and serve bar snacks and drinks in a friendly and attentive manner.
    • Assess bar customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations to enhance their experience.
  • Bar Operations
    • Prepare bar area as per opening and closing checklists to maintain a clean and organized environment.
    • Prepare non-alcoholic beverages for the bar and restaurant, adhering to quality standards.
    • Stay up to date with the latest drinks and mocktail trends, mix as per standard, and control and check quality of ingredients.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work as a team, liaise and coordinate with team members, peers, and other managers of the Food and Beverage division.
    • Supervise table/bar management and side station management as per standard, and direct bar attendants as required.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Ensure adherence to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with company policy.
    • Follow all hygiene requirements (ISO), monitor cleanliness in the work area, and ensure cleaning of those areas as per restaurant standards.

    • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality setting.
