Job Description
  • As a Staff Data Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor business performance across various departments.
  • You will analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver high-quality reporting and analytics.
  • Present insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Develop and maintain data models to support analytical and operational processes.
  • Create and optimize ETL processes to ensure data is accessible and up-to-date in BI systems.
Performance Optimization:
  • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices within BI workflows.
  • Collaborate with the IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science or BI.
  • Proficiency in SQL and strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Strong experience with data warehousing concepts and working with large datasets.
  • Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., R, Python).
  • Ability to present complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
