Senior Building Information Modeling Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Building Information Modeling Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM processes to support project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the cross-functional collaboration environment, including BIM/CAD model management, oversight of clash management, coordination to comply with project BIM Management Plan, and 4D/5D processes.
- Develop and enhance standardized BIM workflows for project stakeholders and subcontractors, including design, construction, and project management.
- Maintain the project Exchange Information Requirements for flow-down to the supply chain.
- Train project delivery teams on CDE and associated BIM workflows to support delivery of project key processes and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience with 5+ years in a BIM role.
- Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams in a project delivery environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to relay BIM/CIM and technology solutions to engineering and construction professionals.
